Cody's new new bike

I'm not sure how this happen, but Cody also got a new bike.. and here it is:

Neighbor kids

The kids have been playing very well over the whole summer and i kept meaning to take pictures of them, but trying to get all of them to look has been a challenge.

So, today i finally cornered them and got them to pose for a few pics.

Alan finishes up a new well

While i'm at work and the children are at school, Alan's been secretly working on the new well. I think he'll be fine at the next prisoner of war camp!! Anyways, this well digging went a lot more smoothly and looks beautiful!

Tyler loses 3 teeth to the dentist

Tyler had a few shaky teeth in his mouth and since i couldn't bribe him to let me yank it out, we finally took him to the dentist. The dentist happily took my money and Tyler came home with 3 teeth for the tooth fairy. *&$^!@!!!! The tooth fairy is a mug!!

Anyways.. here are the pictures.. not a pretty sight.

Pre.. last look at this baby teeth

Eeekkk

Let's hope they grow back soon! And straight!

Trip to Anderson Farms

It's Fall!! And that means a trip to the corn maze and the pumpkin farm!! And the kids seemed really up for it this year. So, we went. Alan was busy with some demolition work, so it was just me and the kids and I managed to convince Addy to come.

The crowd that day was just HORRENDOUS! Took us an hour just to get in. I was going to walk away but the kids wanted to do it.

Anyways we did end up having a good time. We didn't get to go on any rides because we ran out of time, but we picked some pumpkins and wandered in the maze. Made it to 7 stations!! :)

Trick or Treat at Broncos Stadium

As part of the Broncos Bunch, they boys got invited to go Trick-o-treating at the Broncos stadium. They had made little haunted rooms in the changing rooms and stuff and the boys seemed OK with it until they realized it was a haunted house! hehe..

Anyways, we made it thru OK.. and the kids had fun!

Hey it's Peyton.. but alas, only his poster

Pumpkin carving

The kids are finally at the age where they remember little traditions with each season. And this year they've been asking about carving the pumpkins for weeks. Today, we found some time between dinner and bedtime to do it.

Both boys finally got over their ewwwy-ness and clean their own pumpkins though Cody is not as convincing as Tyler. But both boys helped dot their pumpkins and Tyler even got to carve his own. Cody as usual is quite happy to boss and narrate.

They chose their own designs this year and they were super pleased with their pumpkins.
