The boys and I took part in the frank shorter fun run this year. Last year Tyler finished third, so this year we let him start at the front and try to improve on third. Cody ran with me and started off fast, and then kept going. This was a major improvement, and to top it all, he out sprinted another boy to finish really strongly in 6 minutes. Tyler had already finished in 4 minutes 31 seconds and had finished second. So yet again he got to meet with Frank Shorter and score a nice medal.
Cody dropped from 7:06 to 5:48, Tyler dropped from 5:09 to 4:31
