Bike Cake for Jeff

One of my friends from work, Jeff, invited us to his house for a meal. So, I said i'd make him a cake! :) Since he is such an avid mountain biker, i thought it should have a bike on it!

I made the bike out of fondant.. geez.. i'm a lousy sculptor!!!

Definitely need more practice with fondant and figure making!!!

Chocolate cake filled with chocolate cream cheese and strawberries

Frosted with chantilly cream and more fruits! Yes, the rocks are edible..

It seems like all my not-so-sweet tooth friends do enjoy the chantilly cream much better than any other frosting!
