Louisville Turkey Trot 5k

The Millsers boys completed their first official 5k today.  Tyler managed to complete it all on his own, Cody had a little help from his daddy, but overall they did very well with no complaints.

The boys got Santa Hats as their reward for finishing

Overall time was 53 minutes, Mile 1-14 mins, Mile 2-19 mins, Mile 3-19 mins, Max heart rate for Alan -125.
