Tyler plays volleyball

Tyler and Cody had a few minutes before their swim team met today, so they went to the kids play area and Tyler got to try out volleyball using Kinect.  He did okay, but it was funny watching the video of him jumping and playing after the game had finished. Cody took a more hands off approach, or put another way said that he 'didn't want to do it'.

The boys resumed their bowling battle today, before going back to school.  Tyler won the first game, Cody took the second, and in the final deciding game Tyler just took victory by three pins.

New Year - New Home Depot Project

The boys went to Home Depot today and built their first project of 2016. A spinning box!

I managed 680 miles this year

I have been running most weekdays this year and I managed to rack up 680 miles in total.  Haven't set a goal for 2016 yet.  But only a day to think about it.

2013 total 1,160 miles, 2014 total 524 miles, 2015 total 680 miles.

We had a white christmas this year. So I took Tyler and Cody sledding this morning. Cody is getting a little more adventurous and Cody is now building his own ski jumps.

Pet Sitting Duties

The boys were asked to look after the neighbors cat and lizard this week.  That basically involved me getting up early and doing the feeding and the boys collecting the money!
