Fresh Pasta Making and Sewing

One of the things i've always wanted to do was to make pasta from scratch. I've been told it's super easy but i was never really convinced. I saw a cheap $5 fresh pasta demo class held at a local cookery shop and went for it.

It really did look quite simple. I was allowed to try it in class and i think it was very doable. I just need to go buy the attachment for my Kitchen Aid and i'm good to go!! So, fresh pasta in the horizon??
