Easter eggs for Easter

Last year when we did Easter Eggs, the kids were too impatient and there was a lot of "don't touch it!! let it sit!!, it's not ready!!" during the entire process. So, i thought to make our lives easier, i'll dye the eggs ahead of time! Or at least the first base color so that when the kids decorate them, they already have a colored eggs.

The boys were quite eager to help and had a good time doing it. And with them familiar with the concept of a timer, the were quite happy to go off and play while it sat in the dye, so no shouting this year! In fact, it was quite pleasant!
