Date night at Sugar Beet

Our date night this week is on Wednesday which is the night i have cake decorating class. To save time, i thought we'd give Longmont's restaurant a chance, much to the skeptism of many people(especially the Boulder die-hards). I had heard great things about Sugar Beet and have been meaning to find an excuse to go. Now, i do!

Unfortunately, Sugar Beet did not meet my expectations. Food, though was quite a good variety(Alan had halloumi and i had beef tongue), was barely mediocre and definitely was not worth $100! The only good thing that came out of this is, i no longer have to wonder about that restaurant! :)

Anyways, there is only 1 other restaurant in Longmont that i might give my last chance to - Tortugas.. So, come on, Longmont!!!!
