The night was a great success, in my opinion. The light and refreshing appetizers from the Chandresekaras were beautifully presented while the Heides set quite a high bar by serving a perfect Beef Wellington, paired with roasted potatoes and asparagus in shallots.
The kids(6 of them) behaved beautifully and played without any fuss. What else can you ask for?
