A few years ago we did the Broncos 7k, this year the timing worked out so we could sign up for the 5k race to the rim. I thought we were going to finish inside pepsi center, but it turns out you just run through the building corridors, so not as good as finishing in the stadium.
It was hot today, 91 degrees but the boys and I set off quickly and despite the heat and a few stops for water we ran together and Cody managed to improve his
5k best time to 24:54 (8 minutes per mile pace).
