We really like this zoo because it's small and intimate and we can finish it all in 2 hrs!! There's also lots more interactive stuff to do like feeding the giraffes and budgies and if you're REALLY lucky the hippopotamus!! We weren't as lucky this time as the hippos weren't eating and the grizzlies weren't fighting!
Don't know about you, but i think feeding giraffe is SOOO cool.. just don't wear a straw hat!!!

We left shortly after lunch as the heat was getting a little crazy. The kids napped a little in the car and refused to go back to sleep after arriving at the hotel. So, while waiting for my pukey car seat cover to be washed and dried, i took the kids for a swim in the hotel pool. It was a nice opportunity for me to catch up on their swimming progress as i don't get to observe it during the week. :)
