Bolder Boulder 2014 - from the other perspective

Another year, another Bolder Boulder under our belt. As usual, Alan did his usual proper run and met us up for a 2nd round of BB. As my parents were in town, i had driven us to the event this year and somehow lucky enough to find a free parking spot near the starting line! Yay!

As we went to do the race, my parents went around the vendor booths and collected lots of useful free stuff.

This was the first year we did the race without any carrier but Cody still had to be carried quite a bit though the water sprinklers did help them run from one spot to the next. Both boys had fun running thru the sprinklers to cool off(i had dressed them up too warm again)

We managed to all stay together for about 6 miles and somehow sometime after that i lost Alan and the kids. Thinking that i was too slow for the boys, i had run ahead and somehow manage to finish the race 12 mins faster! ha!! Anyways, i'm not sure how many more times i'd be able to say that i finished any races before the kids! So, i'll take what i can!

Anyways, it was a good race and i felt good and Tyler did it with no problem. Cody on the other hand still needed a little help. But they were all proud to have done it!
