After a short ride from the airport, we were transported to Royal Sands and was greeted by crystal blue sea. Rough.. but oh so blue! Upon arriving at our beautiful resort, we ordered some room service for food and then Alan and I headed out to go track down a local supermarket to stock our fridge for the week, while the kids go check out the beach with my parents.
The shopping experience was an adventure on crazy local buses and confusing language barrier. But it was fun! We managed to come home with nearly a week's worth of food, while the boys managed to get swept by the strong currents a couple of times.. but only Cody whined about it.
