Apart from the window well, there was plenty of stuff to fix. The tree that we took out had to have it's roots dug out, which turned out to be a good thing as the roots had pinched our sprinkler system pipes shut! The stump dig took Alan many many days and it was finally yanked out with the help of a pneumatic jack and Armen's truck!
As the ground had settled and sunk by quite a bit on the side of the house, we had to dig the sprinkler system out which was a giant mess but we now have an extra station to do some drip system! Yay!
Alan has since started to put all the dirt back and the front has been cleared of all debris. I should take a pic
