To minimize my cooking effort(which didn't really work, i still spent the whole day cooking!!), i broke my usual party rule of not asking my guests to bring food! I did a potluck! *gulp* But that's because my theme was International Potluck, and not just any international food, international street food!!! :)
Everybody put in a little effort for the party and we had tons of awesome food! It was supposed to be costume, but effort on that part was a little lacking!!! :)
But i think we all had a good time that night with eating and playing charades and pictionary and toasting the new year with "photo booth" and not forgetting midnight Karaoke!!! Most people stayed over and it was fun to have breakfast of leftovers together.
Apart from an unfortunate event of car burglary on the Heides, it was a good start to the new year spent with family and friends!!!
