The Millsers boys at the Broomfield Academy Triathlon

We all get quite excited when there is a triathlon that the kids can participate. And this year both the kids are able to do it. Tyler is quite the veteran for this event but it was the first time for Cody and i was a little apprehensive whether he will actually finish it.

We actually went in with great hopes for Tyler and would be happy if Cody would just finish. But as children do, they surprised us. Tyler didn't actually perform as well and managed to be placed 8th in his category and Cody managed to squeeze in the third place. However, both kids were probably youngest in their category and the other kids did have better bikes!!!

But Cody did do his very best and it was so funny when he says to me "Oh, my legs.. my legs..." after the bike ride!!

Anyways, it was fun and exciting and cute event and i was happy to be able to take a couple hours off work to go give them support!!
