Visit to Sunflower Farm

Every summer we visit the Sunflower Farm a couple of times but summer flew by this year. Uyen had arranged for us to visit the Sunflower Farm so her parents and my parents could meet up and the kids could play.

As we pulled into the farm, the person sold us some apple picking opportunity that no Asian visitor can resist for $5. So, we were all very excited to go find some apples to pick. So, while the kids played my parents went to pick some apples. I tagged along too(coz i'm Asian!!) and got Cody to join us.

We argued about which apples were the best and though i picked the best looking apple, it didn't quite translate to the best tasting apple!

After the apple picking novelty wore off, we then spent some time chit chatting with friends while the kids ran wild, climbing trees and twirling swings! A very pleasant evening.

The best looking apple.. and me..
