Emilio's graduation cake

My friend Emilio graduated from Law School this weekend and he'd asked me to make him a cake. He said, "I don't care how it tastes, it just has to look cool!!". So, i thought, this definitely calls for a fondant cake!! And it's time i finally put my fondant cake making to some practice.

The thought of kneading a 1-lb of fondant drowns my soul, so, i decided the way to go was to buy pre-colored fondant. And was that a good idea or what!

As usual, i set myself a 1 am cut-off time but i missed it by 2 hrs, just because, i messed up the writing due to icing malfunction!!! So, check it out!
