Trip to Tagaytay

Since Alan was in New Zealand for most of the week, his friends Krishnan and Pari felt a little sorry for me and invited me to come along with them for a day trip to Tagaytay.

Tagaytay is a over commercialized town that sits at the ridge above Lake Taal which was formed by a volcano that erupted in 1965. It provides quite a good view of Lake Taal.

But due to a combination of some miscommunication with the driver, bad weather and relaxed attitude, we didn't really do much apart from enjoying a REALLLY long lunch, watching Lake Taal from above. Hey, beats staying at home!

And Tyler had a grand time with Aarav who is about the same age as him. Both of them hate eating which is a good bonding factor for the parents! ha!!
